Note on removal
The manuscript egusphere-2022-121, posted as preprint on 30 March 2022, was removed on 20 April 2022 upon request of co-authors, because the US Geological Survey (USGS) does not allow manuscripts with USGS co-authors to be shared publicly and have final Director's Approval. USGS co-authors did not understand the nature of the NHESS open review system when the manuscript was submitted.
