In the gauge_with_valid_years.txt file, all ENTWASH gauges are listed. We include the ENTWASH identifier (ENTWASH_ID: e.g. "FRAN_EDF_0036"), the original identifier (PROVIDER_ID; e.g. "A235020002"), the name of the provider (PROVIDER; e.g. "ROBIN") and the country (COUNTRY; e.g. "AUSRIA").

Then, in each "valid_YYYY" (e.g. valid_1998) column, a "1.0" indicates that we could compute a valid annual average for that year and that gauge, which we used to compute the interannual average. A "0.0" indicates a situation where we could not compute the annual average.
