Data from Elmer/Ice calving model

Terminus positions and calving output stats are in the two folders. PinningPoints for the geometry with two basal pinning points and NoPinnngPoints for the geometry without rises. VTU output files that show the mesh and model variables to be viewed in ParaView can be sent on request to iw43@st-andrews.ac.uk but were to large to upload.

Naming convention:
CalvingMMGtest_925_*variablealtered*_calvingstats.txt for the calving output.
CalvingMMGtest_925_*variablealtered*_terminusposition.txt for the terminus position output.

The variable altered related to the experiments in the associated paper:
	-control - the control experiment
	-2day - timestep of 2 days
-05day - timestep of half of a day
	-033day - timestep of a third of a day
	-025day - timestep of a quarter of a day
-atime0 - no adaptive timestepping allowed
-atime5 - up to five days of adaptive timestepping allowed
	-h30_v30 - terminus mesh resolution: 30m horizontal, 30m vertical
	-h70_v70 - terminus mesh resolution: 70m horizontal, 70m vertical
	-h30_v50 - terminus mesh resolution: 30m horizontal, 50m vertical
	-h70_v50 - terminus mesh resolution: 70m horizontal, 50m vertical
	-h50_v30 - terminus mesh resolution: 50m horizontal, 30m vertical
	-h50_v70 - terminus mesh resolution: 50m horizontal, 70m vertical
	-pmesh20 - PlaneMesh resolution of 20m
	-pmesh80 - PlaneMesh resolution of 80m

SupplementaryVideo1 shows the domain and velocity evolution over the coarse of the control simulation without pinning points. SupplementaryVideo2 is the same but for the domain with pinning points.

A detailed outline of the algorithm that is too long for a paper submission is provided as AlgorithmOutline.pdf
